“Above Eleven, the West Palm rooftop destination known for its bold Nikkei cuisine and high-energy atmosphere, is introducing Above Eleven Presents IRO, its first-ever Friday night brunch. The evening brings together dinner, drinks, music and entertainment in a colour-led, dining experience designed to kick-start the weekend.

IRO – which means “colour” in Japanese – will be made up of a series of different Nikkei dining experiences, with each chapter inspired by a different colour and the landscape, ingredients and mood it represents. The opening chapter, IRO 01: ANARANJADO/ DAIDAI – The Orange Journey, takes inspiration from summer, fire, citrus, the Peruvian coast and the orange glow of sunset over Above Eleven. Future chapters will include VERDI/ MIDORI – The Green Journey, inspired by the Peruvian Andes, herbs and farm-to-table produce, and AZUL/ AO – The Blue Journey, centred around the sea.

Taking place every Friday night, the IRO story will begin the moment guests arrive, with a Pisco cocktail on arrival and a photo moment with Above Eleven’s famed Gloria, the llama. From there, guests will make their way to their table to enjoy a generous sharing-style Japanese-Peruvian menu, built around some of Above Eleven’s signature Nikkei flavours.”

As guests might expect with a night brunch, the experience goes well beyond the table. Throughout the evening, there will be dancers, a live DJ and a percussionist keeping the atmosphere lively throughout.

Set 14 floors above West Palm Beach, with sweeping views across Dubai Marina, Dubai Harbour, Palm Jumeirah and the Burj Al Arab, Above Eleven presents IRO brings together food, cocktails, interactive moments and live entertainment in one Friday night experience.
