Nestled on the ground floor of the Doubletree, the brunch at The Maine serves up a classic American brasserie menu with a seafood twist. The menu is smaller than some others, but what's on offer here should satisfy most discerning palates.
The interior is great, a real nod to classic American design with its exposed pipes, faded brickwork and open-plan feel. The atmosphere is buzzy and trendy, yet feels very welcoming. The menu may be small for Dubai, but it's substance over style and quality over quantity. Definitely worth checking out for dates and groups alike, then stay on into the evening and try the great wine, cocktail and even cigar menu.
