Perched right on the edge of Dubai Creek, the brunch at Park Hyatt's Thai Kitchen is an elegant South Asian inspired brunch, opting for an á la carte table service experience over the more typical buffet style.

The interior is excellent, a simple yet modern blend of warm colours and sharp design. The terrace is a treat as well, the creek-side location delivers wonderful views and a serene atmosphere. The food is great, think of it more as a Thai tapas, rather than a pile-the-plate-high style oft found elsewhere. The vibe here is calm and civilised, there's no background music blaring out so it's a great place for couples and friends to come and be able to chat for the whole brunch. A refreshing find.
