Sat on the edge of Dubai Creek, the Traiteur brunch at Park Hyatt offers up a modern French menu with classic and authentic Parisian dishes on offer. There's plenty here to satisfy most palettes, with a host of seafood, meat and veggie dishes.

The interior is stunning, a highly modern and unique mix of elegant colours and razor-sharp design. The look and atmosphere here is pure chic, exactly what you'd expect for such a Parisian-inspired establishment. The food is top notch, maybe as close to fine dining as you could get in a brunch setting. This isn't the cheapest brunch in Dubai, but the quintessentially French attention to quality and detail make it a highly worthwhile brunch to check out. A real winner.
