“Playa is a colorful and vibrant new Beach Club concept that celebrates the renewal of Life by encouraging individuality with soulful music while embracing the Sun in every bite of the exquisite fusion cuisine by Peruvian Chef Carlo Valentino and every sip from the extensive signature Pisco inspired cocktail drinks menu crafted by the Beach Bar team. Playa is launching an exquisite Peruvian brunch every Saturday from 2:00 PM till 5:00 PM including a large variety of starters to share as well as a choice of one main from the Menu and a delightful variety of desserts to share.
Chef Carlo Valentino Garcia, Playa's Executive Chef is offering an exquisite Peruvian brunch every Saturday from 2:00 PM till 5:00 PM including a large variety of starters to share (Salmon Nigiri, Spicy Shiromi, Tuna Nikkei Ceviche, Tuna Tataki, Chicken Anticucho…) as well as a choice of one main from the Menu (Deboned Baby Chicken, Arroz con Mariscos, 48 hrs short ribs and 3 hrs Cauliflower) and a delightful variety of desserts to share (Mini Alfajores, Lucuma Childhood Dreams, Crema Volteada and Fresh Fruits).”
