Nestled on the ground floor of the Doubletree, the brunch at The Maine serves up a classic American brasserie menu with a seafood twist. The menu is smaller than some others, but what's on offer here should satisfy most discerning palates.

The interior is great, a real nod to classic American design with its exposed pipes, faded brickwork and open-plan feel. The atmosphere is buzzy and trendy, yet feels very welcoming. The menu may be small for Dubai, but it's substance over style and quality over quantity.
